  • Phone number associated with WhatsApp (required for the service to function)
  • Email address (only for billing purposes)

We do not store your audio or transcriptions.

Purpose of Data Processing

We need your information to provide the requested service, and specifically for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: to convert your audio files into text.
  • Service improvement: we use the data collected in an anonymous form to analyze and optimize the efficiency and accuracy of the service.

We will never sell or share your information with third parties.

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) based on the following conditions:

  • Contractual necessity: the processing is necessary for the execution of the requested service.

Data Retention and Deletion

The data is processed and stored on servers managed in the EU or the United States.

We automatically delete the audio files sent to our service once they have been transcribed. We do not store any received messages.

Security and third party services

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect and secure the information we collect.

We use reputable cloud services, particularly Google Cloud Platform, to manage the database and the WhatsApp service.

We use third-party solutions for forwarding WhatsApp messages (Twilio) and managing servers (Google Cloud Platform, CockroachDB).

Cookie and tracking

We do not track your number nor your whatsapp usage.

We use Google Analytics on our website to analyse the traffic in an anonymous way. We use only essential cookies and we do not implement any other third party tracking system.
